Our team attended the 3rd Interdisciplinary Conference on Voice Communication (VoiceID 2026), held from 2-4 September 2026 in Jena, Germany (https://www.fsv.uni-jena.de/en/66561/voiceid-2026)

The VoicES lab was represented by Eduardo Xavier, with a conference presentation named “Neural representation of self and other voices in early-onset blind listeners” and João Sarzedas, with a poster presentation about “Social trait inferences in voice perception: the role of age, sex and emotion”.

The conference provided a valuable opportunity to share our research with experts in voice perception, exchange ideas, and strengthen connections within the scientific community.
